Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively interface and present information in one-on-one situations to clients and employees of the organization
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
- Valid drivers license with a clear motor vehicle record and any other licenses and certifications as required by local and/or state jurisdictions

Job Duties
- Performs pre-inspection of exterior and interior of vehicle and reports any issues to supervisor, manager or mechanic on duty
- Coordinates daily with client operations for scheduling of gate and ramp cleanups
- Cleans aircraft gate and ramp areas of debris including oil, fuel, lavatory spills, and other foreign objects
- Responds to emergency calls for cleaning ramp area of spills or foreign objects
- Cleans machine(s)
- Monitors supplies and materials
- May be required to exit the vehicle to collect large debris not picked up by the sweeper
- Completes any daily paperwork required by the position
- Participates in ISO practices and embraces ISO principles and philosophies in the performance of principal duties and responsibilities
- Makes safety the first consideration above all other responsibilities
- Follows all safety rules and uses sound judgment for the protection of himself/herself, co-workers, client personnel, client invitees, general public and property
- Participates in safety training and attends safety meetings as scheduled by supervisor
- Reports any unsafe conditions or practices to supervisor
