Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, and support
- Project management skills including risk identification and collaborative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work onsite at Dallas headquarters during business hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must comply with company attendance and appearance standards
- Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced knowledge in sales enablement including strategy and engagement
- Expertise in project management including risk identification and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Preferred experience with SharePoint, Canva, SWOOGO, and Salesforce
- Preferred sales experience
Job Duties
- Support the execution and enablement of Southwest Business objectives through events, training, communication, and customer insights
- Support event vision, budget, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking to align each experience with strategy and customer engagement
- Enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding through training programs
- Develop tools, resources, and communications to increase revenue performance and productivity
- Build brand advocates internally and externally through events and programs
- Serve as a sales enablement resource throughout the selling cycle
- Manage projects as needed
