Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide own transportation
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to boating and retail
- Availability for seasonal employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Willingness to perform physical labor including cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to follow safety procedures
Job Duties
- Perform cashier duties including customer service, retail sales, answering phone calls, cleaning, and food handling
- Provide excellent customer service with retail experience preferred but training provided
- Conduct dockhand duties such as rental instruction and inspection
- Clean boats and facilities regularly
- Perform minor boat repairs and maintenance
- Handle other duties as needed
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
