Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest from greeting to farewell
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, wine offerings, and daily features
- Guide guests through food and wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm
- Ensure accuracy when entering orders and delivering food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a smooth and efficient service
- Uphold the culture and values of Sixty Vines through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with care and urgency
- All restaurant servers should have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu, as well as a complete understanding of host support staff procedures
