- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- properly utilize a tray to assist delivering food and drink items to guests
- obtain and update any required certifications

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and personable service to guests
- interact with guests and coworkers professionally
- accurately ring in food and beverage orders
- stock and replenish stations including silverware and glassware
- assist guests with menu questions, including knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- execute proper food delivery and removal
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate effectively with management and coworkers
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- practice proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain complete knowledge of food and bar menus
- assist guests throughout the dining experience to ensure quality
