Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • ability to use point of sale systems
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • participation in E-Verify program
  • adherence to company dress code and uniform policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests
  • obtain and update any required certifications
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform
  • accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
  • stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware and glassware
  • assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu by continually studying and furthering knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine
  • handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
  • pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in your own station
  • communicate any questions or issues to the management team in a timely manner
  • communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • perform appropriate opening and closing duties, including disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations after every shift
  • set up the next shift of teammates for success
  • practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
  • participate in any continuing education courses available
  • maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu as well as host support staff procedures
  • maintain tables and assist guests throughout the visit ensuring the highest quality dining experience
