Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service of food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards
  • Maintain a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer system
  • Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware and glassware
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently according to company standards
  • Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
  • Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in own station
  • Communicate any questions or issues to the management team promptly
  • Work cooperatively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
  • Set up the next shift of teammates for success
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol sale and service regulations
  • Participate in continuing education courses offered
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and support host staff procedures
  • Ensure highest quality dining experience for guests throughout their visit
