Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to properly use a tray for food and drink delivery
  • Obtain and maintain necessary certifications

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform
  • Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
  • Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware glassware
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently according to company standards
  • Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
  • Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in own station
  • Communicate any questions or issues to the management team in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Perform appropriate opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations after every shift
  • Set up the next shift of teammates for success
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
  • Participate in continuing education courses to further knowledge
  • Maintain complete knowledge of food and bar menu as well as host support procedures
  • Ensure highest quality dining experience by maintaining tables and assisting guests throughout their visit
