Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Effective communication skills in English

Competency in handling cash and credit card transactions

Compliance with sanitation and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Stand for long periods of time
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items
Obtain and update any required certifications
Knowledge of food and bar menu
Understanding of host support staff procedures

Job Duties

Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service
Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders
Stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
Assist guests with questions or concerns about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at tables
Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
Communicate questions or issues to management in a timely manner
Work cooperatively with coworkers and management
Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
Set up next shift for success
Practice proper sanitation and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
Participate in continuing education courses
Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and host support procedures
Maintain tables and assist guests throughout their visit to ensure quality dining experience
