Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service
  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders
  • Stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
  • Assist guests with questions or concerns about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
  • Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at tables
  • Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
  • Communicate questions or issues to management in a timely manner
  • Work cooperatively with coworkers and management
  • Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
  • Set up next shift for success
  • Practice proper sanitation and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
  • Participate in continuing education courses
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and host support procedures
  • Maintain tables and assist guests throughout their visit to ensure quality dining experience
