Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications
Availability to work flexible schedules

Commitment to following company sanitation and alcohol service regulations.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Stand for long periods of time
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests
Obtain and update any required certifications
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform
Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware and glassware
Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, continually increasing knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine
Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in your own station
Communicate any questions or issues to the management team timely
Communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Perform appropriate opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
Set up the next shift of teammates for success
Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
Participate in continuing education courses available
Maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu as well as host support staff procedures
Maintain tables and assist guests throughout the visit to ensure the highest quality dining experience.
