Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
must be able to read and understand tickets
stand for long periods of time
lift a minimum of 50 lbs
maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
