Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Energetic and professional attitude
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to handle telephone calls promptly
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in the workstation
  • Comfortable with multitasking and managing reservations
  • Willingness to assist in bussing tables
  • Attention to detail and guest hospitality

  • Fun, energetic and professional attitude at all times while working
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and positive tone
  • Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women’s restroom
  • Manage reservations system including seating within reservation times and quoting proper wait names
  • Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation
  • Interact professionally and hospitably with guests and co-workers
  • Assist in bussing tables and maintaining clean floors and aisle ways during busy periods
