Job Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Energetic and professional attitude
Prior restaurant experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to handle telephone calls promptly
Ability to maintain cleanliness in the workstation
Comfortable with multitasking and managing reservations
Willingness to assist in bussing tables
Attention to detail and guest hospitality

Job Qualifications

Fun, energetic and professional attitude at all times while working
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required

Job Duties

Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and positive tone
Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women’s restroom
Manage reservations system including seating within reservation times and quoting proper wait names
Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation
Interact professionally and hospitably with guests and co-workers
Assist in bussing tables and maintaining clean floors and aisle ways during busy periods
