Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic phone etiquette and reservation management skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism

- Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
- Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and a positive tone
- Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women's restroom
- Manage reservations system including seating within reservation times, quoting proper wait names, and avoiding over or under-booking
- Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation
- Interact with guests and co-workers professionally and friendly
- Assist in bussing tables during peak times
- Provide guest assistance and directions around the restaurant
- Answer phone calls and direct them to proper departments
- Be familiar with restaurant information including hours, menu items, and special features
- Genuinely thank departing guests and welcome new ones
- Calculate and communicate accurate wait times
- Offer bar options during extensive wait times
- Keep floors and aisles clean
