- experienced with reservation systems management

- Fun, energetic and professional attitude at all times while working
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- prior restaurant experience is desired but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
- handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and a positive tone
- maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women's restroom
- manage reservations system including seating logistics within reservation times and quoting accurate wait times
- escort guests to assigned tables engaging in light conversation to provide a hospitable start to their dining experience
- interact with guests and co-workers professionally and hospitably
- assist in bussing tables when needed during high wait times or urgent table availability
