Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
- Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and a positive tone
- Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women’s restroom
- Manage reservations system including seating within reservation times and quoting proper wait times
- Escort guests to the proper table while engaging in light conversation
- Interact with all guests and co-workers professionally and hospitably
- Assist in bussing tables during wait times or when immediate table turnover is needed
