Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality
Willingness to work flexible schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Fun, energetic and professional attitude at all times while working
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required

Job Duties

Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring with professional verbiage and a positive tone
Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women's restroom
Manage reservation system including seating within reservation times and quoting accurate wait times
Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation
Interact with guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner
Assist in bussing tables when needed during busy periods
