Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years culinary management experience
- Experience with menu rollouts and kitchen systems implementation
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Quick learner and collaborative approach
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operational systems
- High personal motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Must live within reasonable driving distance to a current restaurant

- 3-5 years in culinary management with experience in menu rollouts and kitchen system implementation
- Proven leadership skills as a motivator and team developer
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with others
- Strong understanding of restaurant systems
- High degree of personal motivation, ambition, enthusiasm, and energy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail
- Residency within reasonable driving distance to a current restaurant location
Job Duties
- Partner with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive culinary direction aligned with Sixty Vines brand DNA
- Own the food menu, managing food costs and leading the team to execute it
- Deploy new menu items and oversee menu rollouts ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain product quality and execution standards for all menu items
- Lead continuing education and research in food techniques to stay innovative and proactive
- Develop and train the next generation of chefs to build the culinary foundation of Sixty Vines
- Provide hands-on training and collaboration to uphold high accountability and culinary safety, sanitation, and product education standards
