- High school diploma or equivalent

- lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- follow all health and safety regulations
- operate and use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts

- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- set up and break down dishwashing machine
- wash all tableware, silverware, pots, and pans in a timely and orderly manner
- keep the dishwashing machine landing area and stainless steel clean and dry
- monitor the machine for proper water temperatures and chemical levels
- monitor all items for cleanliness and rewash when necessary
- properly store all clean China, glassware, silverware, and small wares throughout the kitchen and restaurant
