Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use knives and other equipment required for job tasks
- Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol sale and service regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- Always wear proper uniform and assemble/disassemble the bar area as per procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shifts
- Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, and syrups following proper recipes
- Assist guests with questions regarding menu, continuously study liquor, beer, and wine
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver and remove food properly at all tables
- Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- Communicate issues promptly to management
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and management
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- Set up team for next shift success
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and comply with alcohol sales regulations
- Participate in continuing education courses
- Maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar before end of shift
- Wash and restock glassware
- Maintain records of spills and promotional comps
- Clean and maintain all necessary equipment and utensils
- Report equipment issues immediately
- Have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and beverage preparation recipes
