Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- properly use a knife and necessary equipment
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and comply with alcohol sale regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- properly wear the uniform and assemble/disassemble the bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the bar during shift
- prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipes and assist guests with menu questions
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- execute proper food delivery and removal at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate questions or issues to management promptly
- work cooperatively with coworkers and management
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing
- set up the next shift for success
- practice sanitation procedures and follow alcohol service regulations
- maintain beverage inventory and restock bar supplies
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and comps
- clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately
- have complete knowledge of food and bar menu and mix drinks according to recipes
