Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- proficiency in using knives and relevant equipment
- possession of current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- adherence to sanitation protocols and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts ready to work
- properly wear the uniform and assemble/disassemble the bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the bar during shift
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipe
- assist guests with menu questions and enhance knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately
- execute proper food delivery, placement and removal at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate questions or issues to management promptly
- collaborate with coworkers and management in a friendly manner
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the team for next shift success
- practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol service regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock the bar
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and PR comps
- clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues to supervisor
- fully understand the food and bar menu and mix drinks according to recipe specifications
