Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- proper use of knives and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- properly wear the uniform and assemble/disassemble the bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shifts
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to proper recipes, assist guests with menu questions, and further knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate questions or issues promptly to management
- work cooperatively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the next shift for success
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock the service bar before shifts end
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and PR comps
- clean and maintain all necessary equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately
- have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and mix drinks as per established recipes
