Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- stand for long periods and able to lift minimum 50 lbs
- properly use knives and necessary equipment
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to alcohol sale regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- properly wear uniform and assemble/disassemble bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipe
- assist guests with menu questions and further knowledge about liquor, beer, and wine
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate any questions or issues to management promptly
- work collaboratively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the team for the next shift’s success
- practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol sale regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain spill and PR comp records
- clean and maintain equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately
- possess complete knowledge of food and bar menu and mixing recipes
