Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read write and speak English
- stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- proper use of knife and equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts ready to work
- properly wear the correct uniform and assemble/disassemble the bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift
- prepare all drinks garnishes mixers syrups etc according to proper recipe procedure
- assist guests with questions or concerns regarding the menu while continuously studying liquor beer and wine
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery placement and removal at all tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant not only in your station
- communicate questions or issues promptly to management
- work cooperatively with coworkers and management in a friendly enthusiastic manner
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the team for the next shift for success
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol sales and service regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock service bar with liquor beer wine soft drinks mixers fruit and equipment
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and comps
- clean and maintain equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately to supervisor
- have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and mixing drinks according to Recipes
