Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- Wear proper uniform and assemble/disassemble bar area according to procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift
- Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipe
- Assist guests with menu questions and continually study liquor, beer, and wine
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- Communicate questions or issues to management promptly
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and management
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- Set up the team for the next shift for success
- Practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol sales regulations
- Participate in continuing education courses
- Maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar
- Assist in washing and restocking glassware
- Maintain records of spills and comps
- Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- Report equipment issues immediately
- Have complete knowledge of food and bar menu and mixing recipes
