  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and deliver drinks and alcoholic beverages for the wait staff following established recipes, quality, and time standards
  • Assist the wait staff by delivering food to guests and bussing tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bar and workstations during shifts
  • Restock the service bar with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, mixers, fruit, and necessary equipment before the end of each shift
  • Maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation and assist in washing and restocking glassware
  • Replace beer kegs and maintain records of spills and PR comps
  • Communicate and collaborate with coworkers and management in a friendly and professional manner
  • Follow management instructions and maintain proper uniform standards
  • Sweep and mop bar floors as needed
