Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Availability for morning and afternoon shifts including weekends starting as early as 6 am
Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to learn sushi preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients including slicing fish cutting vegetables and making sushi rice
Assist in making sushi rolls nigiri sashimi and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely preparation
Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction
