Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn traditional sushi making techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including slicing fish cutting vegetables and making sushi rice
- Assist in making sushi rolls nigiri sashimi and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely preparation
- Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction
- Help customers with made-to-order or special sushi requests
- Collaborate with experienced sushi chefs to learn traditional techniques
