- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling techniques preferred
- flexibility to take on various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for an extended period of time
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish
- preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety
- maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination
- selecting ingredients
- ordering and receiving merchandise and controlling inventory
- daily preparation of work in the department
- other duties assigned
