Job Requirements

  • Valid food safety certification
  • Minimum of 1 year kitchen supervisor or management experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
  • Ability to educate and demonstrate fundamental and advanced cooking skills

Job Duties

  • Assume Senior Sushi Sous Chef's responsibilities in their absence
  • Assist with menu planning
  • Assist with ordering
  • Maintain kitchen operation standards
  • Support culinary training and education
