Job Requirements
- Availability to work 20 to 30 hours per week
- Ability to work Monday through Sunday across various shifts including 10AM-6PM, 2PM-12AM, and 6PM-3AM
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- Craft high-quality sushi using precise techniques and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times
- Continuously learn and master new skills, techniques, and station responsibilities
- Prepare and plate sushi according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift
- Execute fish-cutting and rolling techniques with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Communicate with teammates and expo to prioritize orders and minimize remakes
- Mentor and support teammates, providing constructive feedback and assistance
- Represent Sora professionally, demonstrating poise, teamwork, and a positive attitude
