Job Duties
- Craft high-quality sushi using precise techniques and attention to detail
- provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times
- continuously learn and master new skills, techniques, and station responsibilities
- prepare and plate sushi according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary needs
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift
- execute fish-cutting and rolling techniques with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- communicate with teammates and expo to prioritize orders and minimize remakes
- mentor and support teammates, providing constructive feedback and assistance
- represent M Street professionally, demonstrating poise, teamwork, and a positive attitude
