Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in line cooking or food preparation preferred
- Basic knowledge of sushi preparation is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh sushi and other dishes according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Support training and learning initiatives for new cooking techniques
- Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
