Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Availability to work full-time or part-time hours
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic food handling knowledge
Ability to work as part of a team
Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food preparation or as a line cook is an asset
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare fresh sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Multi-task efficiently during busy service periods
Learn and develop sushi preparation skills
Follow company policies and procedures faithfully
