Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation setting is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow Kura Sushi’s preparation standards
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a unique dining experience
Job Duties
- Prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Collaborate as a team player to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and prepare sushi according to Kura standards
- Manage food preparation and organizational tasks
- Support other kitchen duties as assigned
