Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to work both full-time and part-time schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques
- Compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Must be able to work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Multi-task and stay organized during busy service periods
- Enthusiastically learn and apply sushi preparation techniques according to Kura standards
- Assist with food prep and line setup
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company procedures
