Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy service hours
- Maintain inventory and notify management of shortages
- Learn and apply new cooking techniques and company policies
