Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and quality sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist in multi-tasking and managing kitchen operations during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- Learn and apply new sushi preparation techniques
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
