Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, tasty, and quality sushi and other dishes according to Kura standards
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards in all kitchen operations
- organize and manage multiple kitchen tasks efficiently
- collaborate as a team player to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- learn and apply proper sushi preparation techniques
- support inventory control and stock management
- assist with daily kitchen prep and setup
