Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willingness to work full-time or part-time
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- good manual dexterity
- adherence to hygiene and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications

- prior experience as a line cook or prep cook is an advantage

- prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
- maintain organization and multitask effectively in the kitchen

- learn and prepare sushi according to Kura standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- manage kitchen prep work efficiently
- assist with inventory management as needed
