Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and provide fresh, delicious, and quality sushi and food items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas following food safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment while ensuring attention to detail
- Participate actively in ongoing learning to improve sushi preparation skills and knowledge
- Uphold restaurant standards for food presentation and customer satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
