Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and quality sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with multi-tasking duties during busy periods
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Learn and adhere to Kura Sushi's food preparation techniques
- Assist in inventory control and proper stock rotation
