Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- commit to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- physical ability to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchen environment is an asset
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques

Job Duties
- prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
- maintain knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- demonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation by Kura standards
- work collaboratively as a team player going above and beyond
- assist in kitchen operations during shifts
- adhere to schedule flexibility including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
