Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years or older
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food preparation role beneficial

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh sushi and other Japanese dishes according to Kura Sushi standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet service demands and provide excellent guest experiences
- Assist with food prep and inventory management
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and improve culinary skills
