Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred but not required
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare fresh and tasty sushi dishes according to Kura standards
  • maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
  • work collaboratively as part of the Kura Krew team
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized
  • actively learn and improve sushi preparation skills
  • adhere to scheduled shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • uphold customer service standards for a unique dining experience
