Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and restaurant cleanliness standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Multi-task efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
- Assist with food prep and inventory management as needed
