Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Good physical stamina
Passion for food and customer service
Able to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare fresh and quality sushi and other food items according to Kura standards
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Ensure food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards are met
Assist with food prep and inventory management
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent guest experience
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Support efficient kitchen operations during busy periods
