Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
willingness to learn and adhere to Kura Sushi’s preparation methods and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred but not required
knowledge of food safety standards
strong organizational skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
enthusiasm for learning about sushi preparation
team player mindset

Job Duties

Prepare fresh and high-quality sushi and menu items according to Kura standards
maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
organize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
assist in inventory and food storage management
follow all health and safety regulations
participate in training and development sessions
