Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age or older
ability to work full-time or part-time shifts
availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
understanding of basic kitchen safety and sanitation
willingness to adhere to company standards and procedures

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous
strong teamwork and communication skills
basic knowledge of food safety practices
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
eagerness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques
positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure restaurant cleanliness
work effectively as a team player and go above and beyond daily tasks
organize and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
learn and prepare sushi according to Kura Sushi standards
assist in food preparation and inventory management
adhere to company policies and procedures
