Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to handle kitchen tasks
- basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required
- knowledge of food safety practices
- strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other dishes according to Kura standards
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food and service
- assist in prep work to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- maintain organized workstations and stock levels
- learn and apply new culinary techniques specific to Japanese cuisine
